WCRS Names Top Player of the Week
The Western Carolinas League made it official today: Chip Maxwell is the Player of the Week.
He really glistened on the diamond this week with a .450 average to take home the honor. The Anderson third baseman went 9-for-20, drove in 5 runs, scored 6 times and hit 3 home runs.
