Rebels Hurler Named CARL's Best Starter
The April Pitcher of the Month has been chosen and the Carolina League award went to Salem hurler, Jim Minshall.
During the month, Minshall was impressive with a 0.64 ERA and 2 wins and no losses. In 28.1 innings he struck out 23 and gave up 19 hits and 14 walks.
