Wichita Loses, 2-0, to Bears, Carlos
It was not a good day at the plate for the Wichita Aeros. They came up empty when it mattered against Denver Bears right-hander Cisco Carlos, who scattered 5 hits across 5.1 innings and held the Aeros scoreless.
"We had 5 hits so I know he wasn't completely untouchable, but he was close," Wichita manager <Chris Standish:coach#309> said later.
Carlos chalked up 5 strikeouts and 1 walk in the 2-0 Bears win.
